FIMC want their clients to worry less. For over 40 years they have provided business to business benefit plan solutions for financial service companies. These include coverage for Home & Auto, Travel, Health, Security and everyday expenses.

Streamlining the process

iperdesign strategised with FIMC to develop two websites that would help them provide the best service possible to both their customers and agents. The project included the corporate website for FIMC and a direct to consumer website for Home & Auto products, which includes UX/UI for a custom Client Portal.

We created an onboarding process for new agents to help them access training on the fly. The main goal for iperdesign was to simplify the steps that agents went through to complete a sale. We achieved this by providing prompts for upselling, alongside information about products offered by their partner companies.
