A Year To Remember

As we reflect upon last year’s events, with gratitude in our hearts, we reminisce on how far we’ve come to make our 20th anniversary a year to remember. We realize that no matter the challenges that come our way, even in times of uncertainty, our persistence and passion to continue providing the best service for our clients is what energizes our spirit.

Once the pandemic lockdown started in March, many businesses of all sizes and industries had to adapt quickly and find the means to carry on operations remotely or choose to close down for the time being. According to Fortune Magazine, nearly 100,000 establishments that temporarily closed in March went out of business in September due to the effects of the pandemic. We are proud of what we have accomplished for improving the positioning of our small business clients and helping them optimize their digital presence, increase online traffic and generate new leads.

We had the pleasure of doing business with “California Tom Cruise” to create a series of campaigns to marketUCaaS solutions for our client, Team CTI. The theme of the campaign was based on Maverick. The purpose of the campaign was to encourage companies to take their business to new heights by investing in UCaaS.

For our client, IACE, (the Italian American Committee in Education), we helped transform their business online by structuring a fully revamped e-commerce website, for which they are able to market their Italian language courses. Within a matter of a few weeks after the launch in August, our client noticed a great turnaround in revenue streams and were able to expand their marketing efforts beyond the New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut borders. Beyond designing their website, we initiated the best practices for tracking analytics to understand user behavior and the performance of purchased courses. We continue to monitor their analytics to see their progression in online traffic acquisition, to measure their business growth overtime and recommend web optimizations.

For our client, Got Your Back, which is a massage school in Conshohocken, we integrated a sustainable Learning Management Software (LMS) to help streamline their offerings of hosting certification courses. The responsive platform seamlessly connects students with their massage instructors and serves as an engaging virtual experience beyond the onsite experience.

To increase web traffic and user engagement, content generation is an effective digital marketing strategy in our wheelhouse of services. For Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Law, a personal injury law firm in the Philadelphia area, we continued to build out their second install of the Asked & Answered series. The Asked & Answered series is great way for the Trial Attorneys to have a platform to share their expertise and success of their notable cases. By following proper safety and sanitary precautions, we were fortunate to be able to capture content within the comfort of the attorney’s office. Overall, we increased web traffic by 105% and generated 15% of new visitors. Beyond content, we also helped the firm market their 17thAnnual Stampone Law Tri the Wildwoods & 5K virtual event held over the summer.

As we said farewell to 2020 and embark on a new year, we have hope that things will soon get better. It’s just all in a matter of time. We learned the value of resiliency and what it means to face challenges and work towards exceeding them with what we have. We hope that 2021 and the near future brings good health, happiness and time of healing for the world. We express our gratitude for our clients, dedicated team and for the opportunity to do what we love each day.
